What Do We Do?
Our services provide tailored support, to help our young people feel safe, valued, and ready to grow, whatever challenges they’re facing. All staff at JEP Youth Engagement are "DETERMINED to support young people to fulfil their potential".
Nestled in the peaceful surroundings of Chorley, our Residential Care Home offers a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for children and young people who require solo occupancy care.
Our home is specifically designed for young people aged 8-18 who may be dealing with emotional, behavioural, or complex needs. At JEP Care & Respite, we are committed to providing the stability, care, and attention each child deserves in a secure and homely setting.
At JEP Care & Respite, we believe that every child is unique and should be treated with dignity, respect, and compassion. Solo occupancy ensures that the child receives individualised care, with an emphasis on emotional well-being, personal growth, and the development of life skills.
We aim to create a space where young people can feel secure and supported, allowing them to build trust and achieve their full potential.
Our facilities are designed to accomodate one child at a time, providing a dedicated space for them to live comfortably and privately.
This approach allows us to focus entirely on the child's specific needs without the distractions or challenges of a group environment. Solo occupancy also promotes emotional safety, giving the young person a sense of belonging in a home where they are the priority
At JEP Care & Respite, our staff is our greatest asset. Our team of caregivers are highly experienced in working with young people who may have experienced trauma, loss, or other life challenges.
