Just around the corner from our Salford Centre, our Occupational Studies & Sports Hub is a hands-on, high-energy space built for young people who thrive through practical learning and physical activity. This site combines the best of vocational education with a focus on health, fitness, and wellbeing, providing students with a dynamic alternative learning environment that supports their personal and academic growth.

At the heart of the hub is our fully equipped Occupational Studies workstation, where young people can gain real-world skills and complete qualifications in a supportive, structured setting. From using tools to handling materials, everything is designed to give students the space and resources they need to develop confidence, build technical knowledge, and work towards their goals in a meaningful way.

Alongside this, our site features a full sports hall and a fully fitted gym, offering young people regular opportunities to engage in physical activity as part of their weekly timetable. Whether it’s team games, personal training, or movement-based enrichment, we use sport as a powerful tool to promote physical health, emotional regulation, and teamwork.
